COVID UPDATES: How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the pandemic we are currently taking 7-10 business days to print ALL orders.
Shipping is usually only 2-4 business days but shipping carriers are also experiencing delays nationwide.
We only accept cancellations within 1 hour and ALL prints are 100% permanent, if wedding dates change they will have to be reordered at customers expense.

All mugs are custom printed from our Phoenix location.
Once your order has been placed it will take between 2-4 business days to print your custom mug.

Due to extreme delays during the pandemic we are currently not shipping internationally. Please check back in soon.
We are not responsible for orders that arrive late. Our estimated delivery date, is just that, an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping times are also out of our control and we are not responsible for packages that take longer than the estimated time frame. Please keep this in mind over busy holiday periods.
Address Change/ Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to change the shipping address after your order is placed please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate you but once your order has been printed and sent out no changes can be made.
We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to incorrect address given by the buyer.
If items are undelivered and returned to us we will reship them out for a small reshipment fee to the correct address.
Please contact us to place a bulk order. Printing takes 5-7 business days and are sent out via Fed Ex Ground taking approx 5-10 days.
During the pandemic bulk orders over 24 mugs take 7-14 business days.
We can accept cancellations within 1 hour of making the order on change of mind. Our mugs are all printed to order, so we may not be able to cancel them after this time as they may have already been printed.
Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel the order. If it has been more than 1 hour, contact us and we will check if your order has been printed yet.
Because all of our items are custom printed, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don't accept returns for any order.
Also, once the mugs are printed, its 100% permanent. We cannot accept any returns if printed dates or personalisation change due to unforeseen circumstances, as there is no way to remove the print or print over it.
If your order is faulty/misprinted/broken please contact us within 30 days with clear photos of the product and we will happy have a new one sent out.
Mugs are wrapped with bubble wrap, a bow and beautiful custom packaging, with no prices on the receipt so they are ready to send straight to the recipient.
International orders do not come with the bow or gift packaging
Will I see a design proof for personalisation?
We will create the designs at our discretion and will not send a proof unless there is any confusion with the requests, but we are sure you will love it!
Also *please* double check your spelling and dates are correct. Once it's printed, its 100% permanent.
Is your packaging recycle-able?
The crinkle paper we use is from 100% recycled material and is fully recyclable. Our gift boxes are 100% recycled with 70% post-consumer content and are fully recyclable. Our cello bags are also 100% biodegradable.
