Printing:
All mugs are custom printed from our Phoenix location.

Once your order has been placed it will take between 2-5 business days to print your custom mug.
**During the Christmas period all mugs take 4-7 business days to print**

 

Shipping:
Approximate shipping times depending on order size and location

Small orders: 2-4 Business days via USPS

Larger orders: 3-8 Business Days via Fedex Ground

Due to extreme delays during the pandemic we are currently not shipping internationally. Please check back in soon.

We are not responsible for orders that arrive late. Our estimated delivery date, is just that, an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping times are also out of our control and we are not responsible for packages that take longer than the estimated time frame. Please keep this in mind over busy holiday periods.

 

Address Change/ Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. 

If you need to change the shipping address after your order is placed please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate you but once your order has been printed and sent out no changes can be made.

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to incorrect address given by the buyer.

If items are undelivered and returned to us we will reship them out for a small reshipment fee to the correct address.

 

Cancellations: 
We can accept cancellations within 1 hour of making the order on change of mind. Our mugs are all printed to order, so we may not be able to cancel them after this time as they may have already been printed. 

Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel the order. If it has been more than 1 hour, contact us and we will check if your order has been printed yet.


Returns:
Because all of our items are custom printed, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don't accept returns for any order.


Also, once the mugs are printed, its 100% permanent. We cannot accept any returns if printed dates or personalisation change due to unforeseen circumstances or misspelled text on the customer part, as there is no way to remove the print or print over it.
