How long do the mugs take to print?

All mugs are printed to order. We are currently taking 5-7 business days to print and ship all orders PLUS shipping times (This doesn't include the day ordered, or weekends/public holidays)

 

How do I order personalised designs?

At checkout there will be a section to leave your personalisation for custom mugs. If purchasing multiple mugs please leave notes like the following:

Mug 1: Text or Name
Mug 2: Text or Name

We customise only the text on designs that list personalisation as an option, and do not offer customisations to the actual design and illustration. 

 

 

Will I see a design proof for personalisation?
We will create the designs at our discretion and will not send a proof unless there is any confusion with the requests, but we are sure you will love it!

How long is shipping?
Approximate shipping times depending on order size and location
Small orders: 2-4 Business days via USPS
Larger orders: 3-8 Business Days via Fedex Ground

Due to extreme delays during the pandemic we are currently not shipping internationally. Please check back in soon.

We are not responsible for orders that arrive late. Our estimated delivery date, is just that, an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping times are also out of our control and we are not responsible for packages that take longer than the estimated time frame. Please keep this in mind over busy holiday periods.

 

Do you do bulk orders?
Definitely! Please contact us with your quantity and zip code and we will give you the best deal on shipping and bulk order rates. 

 

Do you accept cancellations?
Due to our printing process we can accept cancellations within 1 hour of making the order on change of mind. Our mugs are all printed to order, so we may not be able to cancel them after this time as they may have already been printed. 
Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel the order. 

Do you accept returns?
Because all of our items are custom printed, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don't accept returns for any order.

Also, once the mugs are printed, its 100% permanent. We cannot accept any returns if printed dates or personalisation change due to unforeseen circumstances, as there is no way to remove the print or print over it.

Faulty/Misprinted Goods:
If your order is faulty/misprinted/broken please contact us with clear photos of the product and we will review and be happy to send out a replacement if necessary.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
All mugs come wrapped in cello with a little bow and packaged in gift boxes with no prices, so they are perfect to send straight to the recipient!

Is your packaging recycle-able?
The crinkle paper we use is from 100% recycled material and is fully recyclable. Our gift boxes are 100% recycled with 70% post-consumer content and are fully recyclable. Our cello bags are also 100% biodegradable.
